SecuSpark is a study tool designed to help you prepare for IT certification exams, with a free tier and paid plans. By using our application, you agree to these terms which govern your use of our services.
These terms apply to all users of SecuSpark, including visitors, exam takers, and anyone who accesses our application. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using SecuSpark, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application. SecuSpark offers a free tier and paid subscription plans; the features available to you depend on your plan.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SecuSpark to study for the certifications we support. Your account is for your own use, and you may not share your login credentials. You may not redistribute, resell, or modify the application, or extract our question bank for use elsewhere.
Schools, training programs, and employers may purchase SecuSpark access for their learners under a written program agreement with us. Each seat covers one named learner; learners keep their own accounts and may not share login credentials. Your agreement sets the number of seats, the program dates, and whether a seat may be reassigned when a learner leaves. If we provide your program with a view of learner progress, it will show only the data described in that agreement — we do not share a learner's AI tutor conversations or support messages with the organization. When program access ends, learner accounts keep their progress and lose only the access the program provided; any subscription a learner holds in their own name is unaffected, and accounts are not deleted.
SecuSpark is an educational tool designed to help you prepare for certification exams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA or any other certification body. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or that using our app will guarantee exam success.
You may not use SecuSpark to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to hack or reverse engineer the application, use automated systems to access the app, or share exam questions outside the platform.
SecuSpark is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the application is at your own risk.
SecuSpark relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, analytics, and AI features. OpenAI processes the text you submit for AI explanations, tutor conversations, and the Jobs feature; our Privacy Policy lists every provider we use and what each one processes. We're not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including exam failure or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All content in SecuSpark, including questions, explanations, and the application itself, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license to use SecuSpark does not transfer any ownership of that content to you or to your organization.
