We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SecuSpark for Security+ exam preparation. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or modify the application.
SecuSpark is an educational tool designed to help you prepare for the CompTIA Security+ exam. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or that using our app will guarantee exam success.
You may not use SecuSpark to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to hack or reverse engineer the application, use automated systems to access the app, or share exam questions outside the platform.
SecuSpark is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the application is at your own risk.
SecuSpark integrates with third-party services (OpenAI for explanations). We're not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including exam failure or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All content in SecuSpark, including questions, explanations, and the application itself, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The open-source license applies only to the application code, not the exam content.
