CCA-F is Anthropic's first certification, launched in March 2026 and delivered through Pearson VUE since June 2026. It validates that practitioners can make informed architecture and tradeoff decisions building production applications with Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, the Claude API, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
60 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes, framed inside 4 production scenarios drawn from a bank of 6 (customer support agents, multi-agent research, CI/CD integration, and more). Scoring is scaled 100-1,000 with a minimum passing score of 720. The exam fee is $125, delivered online proctored or at a Pearson VUE test center.
